General description

MilliporeのMicropreSure®モニターは、閉鎖系内での液体のサンプリングとろ過に使用され、製造環境でサンプリングする際の偶発的な汚染に起因する偽陽性結果のリスクを最小限に抑えます。大容量のろ過を一度に、または長時間にわたって徐々に行うことができます。加圧下の製造ラインやタンクでのサンプリングに使用する設計となっています。MicropreSure®デバイスは、3 barまでの圧力に対処できます。液体サンプルは、MicropreSure®デバイスが備える微孔性メンブレンによってろ過され、ろ過後にはラボに戻すためにデバイスの吸入口と排出口が密閉されるため、汚染のリスクが回避されます。すぐにブロス培地を添加して培養すれば、微生物計数が行えます。メンブレンは白色格子入り直径47 mm混合セルロースエステル（MCE）製で、孔径は0.45 μmです。

Application

MilliporeのMicropreSure®モニターは、ろ過法によるバイオバーデンと水分析に使用されます。すぐに使用できるサンプリングおよび培養用デバイスであり、ボトル入りの水、ワイン、ビール、およびソフトドリンクの工程内試験に適します。
