General description

MilliporeのMicropreSure®サンプラーは、閉鎖系内での液体のサンプル採取とろ過に使用され、生産環境でのサンプル採取時の偶発的な汚染に起因する偽陽性の結果のリスクを最小限に抑えます。大容量を一度にろ過するか、または長時間にわたって徐々にろ過できます。また、圧力がかかった生産ラインでの使用や、貯水槽でのサンプル採取に適した設計となっています。MicropreSure®デバイスは、3 barまでの圧力を扱えます。液体サンプルは、MicropreSure®デバイス内部の微小孔メンブレンを通してろ過され、ろ過後には、ラボへ持ち帰る際に汚染のリスクが生じないようにデバイスの入口と出口が密封されます。MicropreSure®ドームを取り外すだけで簡単にメンブレンにアクセスでき、培地に移してインキュベーションや微生物計数が行えます。メンブレンは白色格子入り直径 47mm混合セルロースエステル（MCE）製で、個別包装され、孔径は0.45 μmです。

Application

MilliporeのMicropreSure®サンプラーは、ろ過法によるバイオバーデンおよび水分析に使用されます。すぐに使用できるサンプリングデバイスであり、医薬品用水、都市用水、ボトル入り飲料水、ワイン、ビール、ソフトドリンクなどの工程内試験に適します。
