General description

MilliporeのMicropreSure®サンプラーは、閉鎖系内での液体のサンプリングやろ過に使用され、製造環境でのサンプリング中に偶発的汚染による偽陽性結果のリスクを最小限に抑えることができます。大容量を一度にろ過することも、長期間にわたってゆっくりろ過することも可能です。加圧工程ラインまたはリザーバサンプリングで使用するように設計されています。MicropreSure®デバイスは3バールまでの圧力に対応しています。液体サンプルはMicropreSure®デバイス内の微孔性膜を通してろ過され、ろ過後、装置の入口と出口は密閉されるため、汚染のリスクなくラボに輸送できます。メンブレンはMicropreSure®ドームを取り外すだけでアクセス可能であり、培養や微生物計数のために培地に移せます。メンブレンは白色格子付き直径47 mm混合セルロースエステル（MCE）製、孔径0.45μmで、バルク包装されています。

Application

MilliporeのMicropreSure®サンプラーは、ろ過法によるバイオバーデンおよび水質の分析に使用されています。医薬品用水、水道水、ボトル入り飲料水、ワイン、ビール、清涼飲料水の工程内試験にすぐに使用できるサンプリングデバイスです。
