Biochem/physiol Actions
セリン/システインプロテアーゼ、および一部のトリプシン様セリンプロテアーゼの可逆的インヒビターです。この作用はロイペプチンに類似していますが、このプラスミン阻害作用は低く、カテプシンAの阻害はロイペプチンで認められている活性より高いものです。アンチパインの慢性的投与により、化学的に誘導されるBALB/c-/3T3細胞の形質転換の頻度を減少させることができます。

Preparation Note
