General description

アズトレオナムは、Chromobacterium violaceumから単離された単環式β-ラクタム系抗生物質のグループの1つです。膀胱、腎臓、骨、尿路の感染症などのグラム陰性細菌感染症に使用されます。ペニシリン結合タンパク質3（PBP3）に結合し、細胞溶解と細胞死を引き起こす細菌細胞壁の合成を阻害する働きをします。

Application

分析標準は、以下の用途に使用できます：
  • UV分光法による、2種類の模擬肺液―（人工リソソーム溶液およびギャンブル溶液）中のアズトレオナムの定量
  • 超高速液体クロマトグラフィー（UHPLC）とフォトダイオードアレイ（PDA）検出器を組み合わせたヒト血漿&血清サンプル中の8つの β-ラクタムの多重残留分析
  • UHPLCとタンデム質量分析（MS/MS）による、ヒト血漿サンプル中の9つのβ-ラクタムの同時定量分析
