General description
塩化カリウム（KCI）は肥料産業で一般的に用いられる無機塩の一種です。微斜長石の塩素化による生成について報告されています。KCl 結晶の内因性および外因性伝導度が測定されています。ミトコンドリア膜、稜およびマトッリクスタンパク質の活性に及ぼす KCl の影響が研究されています。水性媒体中でのイソキサゾリンの調製を容易にします。
Application
リン酸緩衝生理食塩水の調製及びタンパク質の抽出や可溶化に用いられます。
塩化カリウムは、灌流緩衝液（1倍）の保存溶液の調製に使用されています。
