General description
アゾレクチンは、ほぼ同じ割合のレシチン、セファリン、ホスファチジルイノシトールで構成され、その他のリン脂質と極性脂質も少量含有しています。脂肪酸の優れた供給源:飽和脂肪酸約24%、一価不飽和脂肪酸14%、多価不飽和脂肪酸62%。膜研究における小胞再構成用、水中でのダイズリン脂質の膨満およびその水中油滴型乳化剤としての機能に関する総説。
Application
ダイズリン脂質は、以下の用途に使用されています：
- 粘度補足試験に用いるリポソームを調製するため
- ダイズレシチン（SL）ベースの増量剤を調製し、雄ジカ精子凍結培地に使用される有効な代替品としての可能性を評価するため
- リポソーム共沈アッセイ用リポソームを調製するため
