General description
免疫グロブリンG（IgG）サブタイプは、免疫系で最も多くみられる血清免疫グロブリンです。 B細胞から分泌され、血液および細胞外液に含まれており、細菌、真菌、ウイルスによる感染から保護します。胎盤を通じて胎児に移行する母体のIgGは、新生児の感染症に対する免疫防御に不可欠です。
ヒトIgGは、通常のヒト血清から精製され、1.0％のナトリウムと15％の水を含みます。

Application
アセチルコリン受容体と抗アセチルコリン受容体抗体のRIAにおける沈降形成を確実にするため、ヒト血清から得られた免疫グロブリンGが固相RIAの標準として使用されます。 ヨウ素化のためのチロシン残基を含む可溶性抗原の調製に使用されます。
