Atto蛍光標識は、単分子検出などの高感度用途のためにデザインされています。Atto標識はcis-trans異性化を示さない堅固な構造です。このことから、これらの標識は結合時のスペクトルシフトは最小限に抑えられた高い強度を示します。

General description

Atto 647は、正味の電荷がゼロの両性イオン色素です。pH感受性の製品です。pH 8.5までは実質的に安定していますが、pHが高くなるにつれて徐々に分解します。Atto 647は、高い分子吸収（120,000）と量子収率（0.20）に加え、励起と最大発光との間に十分なストークスシフトを備えた新規標識です。Atto 647は、高い光安定性と明るさを特徴とします。さらに、この標識は良好な水溶性と、低いトリプレット（三重項）形成能を有しています。
