General description

HAタグは9アミノ酸タグであり、YPYDVPDYA配列（N-Tyr-Pro-Tyr-Asp-Val-Pro-Asp-Tyr-Ala-C）は、赤血球凝集素（HA）配列の98～106番目のアミノ酸残基のHAタンパク質に由来します。HAタグは荷電したアミノ酸残基を高い割合で含むため、強力な抗体認識部位を形成する可能性が高いです。モノクローナル抗HAアガロース複合体は、天然型および変性／還元型のHAタグタンパク質を認識します。本製品は、E. coli（大腸菌）または哺乳類細胞で発現するNまたはC末端HAタグ融合タンパク質と反応します。
