General description

この抗体（別名抗α-Sm-1抗体）は、α-平滑筋アクチン単一アイソフォームに特異的です。イムノブロッティングでα-平滑筋アクチンと特異的に反応するほか、凍結切片またはホルマリン固定、パラフィン包埋切片の平滑筋細胞が標識されます。
アクチンは高度に保存されたタンパク質であり、すべての細胞タイプの細胞骨格構造と収縮構造の両方の主要な構成要素です。分化の種類や細胞や組織の機能状態と関連して、その存在量は異なります。アクチンは、球状または線維状の2つの異なる凝集形態で見られ、脊椎動物では少なくとも6つの異なるアイソフォームが認められています。アクチンは90％以上の配列相同性を示しますが、各アイソフォームには固有のNH2末端配列があります。アイソフォームは、3つのαアクチン（骨格筋、心筋、平滑筋）、1つのβアクチン（β-非筋肉）および2つのγアクチン（γ平滑筋とγ非筋肉）で構成されます。

Immunogen

α-平滑筋アクチンのN末端側合成デカペプチド

Application

ウシ大動脈の平滑筋細胞についての免疫組織化学がモノクローナル抗ACTA2抗体を用いて実施されました。細胞は最初ガラスのカバースリップ上で増殖させ4度10分間、50%アセトン／エタノールで固定されました。
マウスモノクローナル抗アクチン、α−平滑筋-アルカリホスファターゼ抗体は、マウスおよびヒト組織の免疫組織化学の用途で使用されます。
ラット移植組織のパラフィン包埋切片がマウスモノクローナル抗平滑筋アクチンで免疫組織化学的に染色されました。筋肉線維芽細胞を同定するため、x-gal染色したマウス心臓組織のHIC解析が一次抗体であるマウスモノクローナル抗平滑筋アクチンを用いて行われました。
免疫細胞化学は、1％PFAで固定された角膜実質細胞を用いて、1：100希釈のマウスモノクローナル抗平滑筋アクチン（14A）抗体でインキュベートして実施されました。
