General description
アルブミンはヒトにおいて最も豊富に存在する血漿タンパク質です。鉄欠乏性貧血の小児では、アルブミン代謝異常が見られます。血清アルブミンは、信頼性が高い肝疾患予後指標です。アルブミンの酸化的損傷は、進行肝疾患に関係します。
Application
ラット血清由来のアルブミンは、次の用途で使用されています。
- エレクトロスプレーイオン化法で形成された多価イオンから得られたアルブミンの配列情報を研究するため。
- シルクフィブロイン（SF）とクロスリンクさせて複合タンパク質テンプレートを合成するため。
- 脳傷害後の神経細胞損傷に対するその影響を研究するために脳に注入。
