IgG（免疫グロブリンγ）は重鎖の一部として γ Fc領域を含む単量体の抗体で、ヒンジ領域を通してFabアームと連結しています。IgGは最も多量に存在する血清抗体であり、全免疫グロブリンの70%を占めます。

P. monodon（ブラックタイガー）エビのリンパ器官から単離された一次細胞から得られた溶解物が HRP 標識ヤギ抗ラット二次抗体の 1：4000 希釈でウェスタンブロッティングで分析されました。
ペルオキシダーゼ標識抗ラット IgG（全分子）抗体は、ELISA およびイムノブロット（1:5000 希釈）での使用に適しています。
Biochem/physiol Actions
IgG（免疫グロブリンγ）は、エピトープ結合では、古典的な補体経路を活性化します。宿主の細胞膜とIgG抗体間の相互作用は、II型過敏症反応を引き起こします。血清中のIgG濃度の低下は、一般的な種々の免疫不全症に関与します。そのため、その個体は容易に感染症に罹るようになります。
