Biochem/physiol Actions
サイトケラチンは、ケラチン含有中間径フィラメントのタンパク質で、上皮細胞において機械的支持とその他の追加機能を提供します。上皮組織の細胞質内骨格に含まれています。上皮組織は、特定の安定したパターンでサイトケラチンサブユニットを発現します。サイトケラチンは、ビメンチンと共に、前象牙芽細胞や前エナメル芽細胞の細胞増殖、遊走、分化に関与しています。中間径フィラメントは、ヒト内皮細胞に豊富に存在しており、ほとんどがビメンチン型です。
複数のモノクロ-ナル抗サイトケラチン抗体の混合物です。ヒトサイトケラチン1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 13, 18, 19を認識します。広範囲に使用できる試薬で、様々な正常、反応性、腫瘍性上皮組織と特異的に反応します。本抗体混合物は、単層、角質化/非角質化扁平上皮、多列上皮と反応します。正常ヒト非上皮組織とは反応しません。タンパク質分解処置(プロテア-ゼによるアンマスキング)を行うと、染色強度の増大が認められます。

モノクロナール抗サイトケラチン, パン（マウスIgG1およびIgG2aアイソタイプ）は、次のクローンから得たモクローナル抗体の混合物です。C-11、PCK-26、CY-90、KS1A3、M20、およびA53-B/A2。29以上の異なるタンパク質で構成されるグループであるサイトケラチンは、上皮細胞および毛細胞の特徴です。サイトケラチン1（68 kDa）、4（59 kDa）、5（58 kDa）、8（52 kDa）、および6（56 kDa）は、角化上皮、非角化重層扁平上皮、重層上皮、単純上皮、および自然代謝回転または病的代謝回転を示す組織にそれぞれ発現するII型中性～塩基性サブファミリーのメンバーです。サイトケラチン10（56 kDa）、13（54 kDa）、および18（45 kDa）は、角化上皮、非角化重層扁平上皮、および単純上皮にそれぞれ発現するI型酸性サブファミリーのメンバーです。サイトケラチンペプチド19（40 kDa）は、特定の部位において重層化上皮の単純細胞および広細胞の両方に発現できるI型ケラチンです。
