General description

CelLytic Mは哺乳動物の培養細胞から全タンパク質を効率よく抽出するために調製された独自の界面活性剤です。浮遊細胞、接着細胞のどちらからでも迅速に細胞を溶解しタンパク質を抽出します。ライセ-トはレポ-タ-遺伝子アッセイ、ウェスタンブロット、免疫沈降、ゲルシフトアッセイ、ホスフォタ-ゼアッセイ、キナ-ゼアッセイ等のアプリケ-ションに適用可能で、その際のCelLytic Mの除去は不要です。

効率:凍結融解や超音波破砕、他社製品よりも最高で50%効率的です。
非変性条件:免疫沈降、キナ-ゼアッセイ、ホスフォタ-ゼアッセイ、レポ-タ-遺伝子アッセイ、ゲルシフトアッセイ等その後のアプリケ-ションに影響を与えません。
便利:調製済みの試薬なので培養皿からの剥離が不要です。
迅速:室温で迅速に細胞溶解ができます。

Preparation Note

細胞溶解M試薬のタンパク質抽出効率が、HeLa、CHO、COS、HL-60、Jurkat、A431、PC-12、ウシ大動脈内皮細胞（BAEC）などの細胞で試験されています。

Analysis Note

CelLytic Mは10⁶~¹⁰7個の浮遊細胞に125 μL使用します。接着細胞では500~1,000μL/100mmプレ-トあるいは200~400μL/35mmプレ-トで使用します。
