Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
Chelex® 100は、多価金属イオンとの結合においてキレート基として作用する一対のイミノ二酢酸イオンを含むスチレン-ジビニルベンゼン共重合体です。弱酸性樹脂と考えられます。Chelexは、毛髪、血の付いたカード、口内スワブなどの法医学試料からのDNA抽出で使用されるキレート樹脂として機能します。

本製品はナトリウム型でオートクレーブ可能です。最高作動温度は75℃で、水に溶けません。
