Biochem/physiol Actions

PDE3(cGMP阻害ホスホジエステラーゼ)の選択的インヒビターで、IC₅₀は70 ± 9 nMです。この阻害作用により細胞内cAMPが増加し、血小板凝集が抑制されます。

PDE3は、環状アデノシン一リン酸（cAMP）および環状グアノシン一リン酸（cGMP）などのセカンダリーメッセンジャーで認められるホスホジエステル結合加水分解を触媒します。PDE3阻害剤は、概ね変力性であり血管拡張性です。これらは心疾患治療での使用が認識されています。シロスタミドは減数分裂の進行を遅延させることが知られています。
