Other Notes
DNAの溶液は、1 mMのEDTAを含有する10 mMトリス溶液として、静菌剤なしで、4℃、pH 7.5～8で数ヵ月間良好に保存されました。約25 μg/mLの低濃度（μg/mL）のDNAは、プラスチックチューブの表面に吸収される傾向があります。
