雄および雌の仔ウシの胸腺から単離した、高品質の2本鎖鋳型DNAです。
Application
仔ウシ胸腺DNAは、DNAポリメラーゼ・アッセイの基質、非常に長い断片の増幅用、および沈殿させるための担体DNAとして非常に有用です。ゲル中のDNA含有量を測定する標準物質としておよび蛍光アッセイによるDNAの定量化に使用されました。
仔ウシ胸腺DNAは長鎖フラグメント増幅におけるDNAポリメラ-ゼアッセイの基質として、また沈殿のキャリア-DNAとして非常に有用です。

Preparation Note
1mg/mlの終濃度になるまで、一晩かけて穏やかに揺り動かしながら、分子生物学グレードの水にDNAを溶解させます。
DNA1mgは、約 20A}260unitに相当します。
高度に重合した子ウシ胸腺DNAを用い、AposhianおよびKornbergの方法を用いてDNA分解酵素でニック (切り込み) を入れて調製しました。
