Preparation Note
1 mgのDNAは約25 A260 unitsです。
このDNAは、分子生物学グレードの水で最終濃度1mg/mlになるようにおだやかに揺動しながらオーバーナイトで溶かします。
仔ウシ胸腺DNAからAlberts and Herrickの変法により調製。
