Ala-Glnサプリメントは、溶液中で安定した形のL-グルタミンを供給します。

Application

Ala-Glnは、ルシフェラーゼを発現するMDA-MB-231-luc腫瘍細胞を培養し、骨髄内移植（IBMT）時に切除した長骨から漏れる細胞の生物発光シグナルを測定するため、グルコースとピルビン酸が豊富なダルベッコ′改変イーグル培地（DMEM）の栄養補助剤として使用されています。また、ヒト細胞株を培養するためのDMEM高グルコース培地としても使用されています。
