Biochem/physiol Actions

N-ヒドロキシスクシンイミドエステル（NHS）-ビオチン修飾は、標的リジン残基のそのε-アミノ基におけるビオチン化に役立ち、表面リジン残基を特定します。タンパク質とさまざまな生体分子との相互作用、例えばタンパク質と多糖の相互作用、タンパク質同士の相互作用、タンパク質と核酸の相互作用、タンパク質とリガンドの相互作用など、を特定するためのツールとして使用されます。NHS-ビオチンは、タンパク質やペプチドのビオチン化で使用される可能性があります。一般に、pH範囲6.5～8.5において一級アミンと結合します。
