General description
平衡塩類溶液（BSS）は、細胞内外の浸透圧の平衡を維持しながらかん流、輸送、希釈するための液体として機能し、さらに細胞代謝のエネルギーも供給するため、細胞培養において重要です。正常な細胞代謝を維持するために、細胞に水や大量の無機イオンを供給します。BSSは、培地を生理的pH範囲（7.2～7.6）内に維持するための緩衝系においても役割を果たしています。
Preparation Note
1X濃度において、0.35 g/L 炭酸水素ナトリウムを添加してください。
