General description

IgG抗体サブタイプは、免疫系で最も多くみられる血清免疫グロブリンです。B細胞から分泌され、血液および細胞外液に含まれており、細菌、真菌、ウイルスによる感染から保護します。胎盤を通じて胎児に移行する母体のIgGは、新生児の感染に対する免疫防御に不可欠です。
ヒトIgGは、正常ヒト血清から沈殿およびゲルろ過により精製されます。

Application

精製ヒトIgGは以下の用途に使用されています：-
  • フローサイトメトリー用のブロッキング抗体
  • クロマチン免疫沈降アッセイの陰性対照
  • 免疫沈降によりヒト喉頭類表皮癌細胞にIgGを沈着させるため
  • 酵素結合免疫吸着アッセイの標準物質

Biochem/physiol Actions

イムノグロブリン G（IgG）は、ファゴサイトーシスなどの免疫応答を調節し、自己免疫疾患の発症にも関与しています。IgG1は、マウスにおいて補体結合を制御します。
