マウスモノクローナル抗体アイソタイプ試薬は、ハイブリドーマ上清、腹水、または精製型に由来するマウスモノクローナル抗体の定性的アイソタイプ決定を可能にします。

Application

マウスモノクローナル抗体アイソタイピング試薬は、酵素結合免疫吸着アッセイ（ELISA）を用いたモノクローナル抗体アイソタイプの測定に使用されています。Ouchterlony（オクタロニー）免疫拡散アッセイに使用される場合があります。
モノクロ-ナル抗体のサブクラスが判明すると、検出試薬の選択、精製スキ-ム決定、抗体の特性決定等に役立ちます。

Biochem/physiol Actions

ISO-2にはマウスIgGサブクラス4種類、IgA、IgMの全てに対するサブクラス特異抗体が、各0.2 mLバイアル入っています。ELISAまたはオクタロニ-アッセイで腹水, 培養上清, 精製サンプル中のモノクロ-ナル抗体のサブクラスを測定します。使用説明書も含まれています。ELISA用の標識化合物や、オクタロニ-アッセイ用のアガロ-ス、バッファ-など、別の試薬が必要な場合があります。
