General description

LAMP2は、膜糖タンパク質のファミリーのメンバーをコードします。この糖タンパク質は、セレクチンに炭水化物リガンドを提供します。これは、腫瘍細胞の転移の役割を果たす場合があります。また、リソソームの保護、維持、および接着にも機能することがあります。

LAMP2（リソソーム関連膜タンパク質2）は、リソソーム膜に存在する高度にグリコシル化された固有タンパク質（110kD）です。タンパク質のグリコシル化は、リソソーム膜をタンパク質分解酵素から保護する機能に不可欠です。抗LAMP2抗体はウエスタンブロッティングに使用できます。リソソームマーカーとしても使用できます。ウサギ抗LAMP2抗体は、マウスおよびラットのLAMP2と特異的に反応します。

リソソーム関連膜タンパク質2（LAMP2）遺伝子は、ヒト染色体Xq24上に位置しています。LAMP2は主にリソソームで発現します。LAMP2A、LAMP2BおよびLAMP2Cという、3種類のアイソフォームがあります。

Immunogen

マウスLAMP2のアミノ酸残基404-415に相当する合成ペプチド(N末端システイン付加)のKLH結合体。対応配列はラットと同一であり、ヒトと2アミノ酸異なっています。

Application

Anti-LAMP2抗体は、免疫蛍光および免疫ブロット法に使用できます。

ウサギで産生された抗LAMP2抗体は、免疫組織化学的分析に使用されています。
