Application

MCDB 153培地は、ヒト非転移性・転移性メラノーマ細胞の培養のためのメラノーマ細胞単離培地（MIM）の成分として使用されています。

Preparation Note

1.18 g/Lの重炭酸ナトリウムを添加してください。
17.6 gの粉末で1 Lの培地ができる配合です。
