Application

プロテインA-セファロース™は、アフィニティー・クロマトグラフィー、抗体の精製と特性把握、免疫親和性マトリックス、タンパク質クロマトグラフィー、プロテインA、GおよびL樹脂、ならびに組み換えタンパク質の発現と分析に使用されます。プロテインA-セファロース™は、タンパク質相互作用調査方法の開発、セリアック病検出の向上、および小児糖尿病の研究に使用されています。
プロテインA-セファロースは、
  • ウエスタンブロット技法を使用したタンパク質およびRNA分析用免疫沈降胎盤に
  • メディエーターと特定のプロモーターでのクロマチン構造の改造との関連を理解するためのクロマチン免疫沈降に
  • 雌ラットの脳試料タンパク質抽出物に含まれる内因性G型Igを除去するための溶解緩衝液として
  • T細胞発達中のプロテインキナーゼC (PKC)とホスホミリスチンC (PMC)の減少を研究するためのウサギ抗血清[32P]ホスホミリスチンCの免疫沈降に使用されました。
