Pen-Strep としても知られるペニシリン-ストレプトマイシン溶液は、哺乳類細胞の培養に使用される最も一般的な抗生物質溶液です。ペニシリン-ストレプトマイシン溶液は、細胞培養において無菌状態を維持するために使用され、培養細胞に対する有害作用をほとんど示しません。

Application

ペニシリン-ストレプトマイシンは、細菌汚染をコントロールするために細胞培養培地に添加されます。10 mL/L で細胞培養に使用することをお勧めします
ペニシリン-ストレプトマイシン溶液は、RGC（網膜神経節細胞）培養、α-MEM（最小必須培地）増殖培地、ダルベッコ変法イーグル培地（DMEM）/栄養素混合物 F-12 Ham、DMEM および DMEM /F-12 + GlutaMax を含む、様々な培地への添加剤として使用されています。
