Biochem/physiol Actions
固体脂質ナノ粒子(SLN)の形態のプロタミンは、エステルクアト-1からなる同等のSLNと比べて、プラスミドDNAによるトランスフェクションをより効率的に促進し、細胞毒性が低くなりました。
硫酸プロタミンは低分子量の陽イオン性タンパク質で、DNAに結合し沈降させます。ヘパリンの抗凝固活性を中和します。リポタンパク質リパ-ゼを阻害します。
