また、α-ヘモリシン（Hla）酵素結合免疫吸着測定法（ELISA）において捕捉抗体を希釈するために使用されています。
General description
リン酸緩衝生理食塩水（PBS）は等張性緩衝液です。この水ベースの塩溶液は、リン酸水素二ナトリウムおよび塩化ナトリウムで構成され、場合によっては塩化カリウムやリン酸二水素カリウムを含みます。PBSは一般に生物学的研究に使用されます。
