General description

SigmaのqPCR（定量ポリメラーゼ連鎖反応）用参照色素はリアルタイムPCRに用いる専売の色素です。リアルタイム検出にSYBR Green、分子プローブ、または二重標識プローブケミストリを使用する場合、反応データの標準化に使用されます。 本参照色素は100倍濃縮液として供給され、最大励起および発光スペクトルはそれぞれ586 nmおよび605 nmです。ROX参照色素の機器設定は、qPCR用参照色素の測定においても問題ありません。

定量PCR参照用色素は、研究開発用途に限ります。薬剤、家庭、またはその他の用途には使用できません。
