General description
パン酵母（S. cerevisiae）由来のリボ核酸（RNA）は、RNase酵素の基質です。’ 酵母からのRNAの単離は複雑なプロセスで、フェニルや界面活性剤（SDS）の存在下で細胞を何回も加熱したり凍結したりします。

パン酵母（S. cerevisiae）由来リボ核酸（RNA）は、ノーザンブロットハイブリダイゼーション、逆転写ポリメラーゼ連鎖反応（RTPCR）、およびcDNA作製などの用途に適しています。’
