General description
パン酵母(S. cerevisiae)由来のリボ核酸(RNA)は、RNase酵素の基質です。’ 酵母からのRNAの単離は複雑なプロセスで、フェニルや界面活性剤(SDS)の存在下で細胞を何回も加熱したり凍結したりします。
