General description
転移RNA（tRNA）はヌクレオチドRNA短鎖で、L型構造を持ちます。
転移RNA（tRNA）はパン酵母から抽出されます。
Application
パン酵母′（S. cerevisiae）由来のリボ核酸は、裸化卵母細胞のmRNAの沈殿や逆転写に使用されています。また、上咽頭がん（NPC）細胞のRNAプルダウンアッセイにおける磁性ビーズの密封にも使用されています。
パン酵母（S. cerevisiae）由来の転写産物であるリボ核酸は、核酸の精製および沈降における担体としての使用に適しています。
Biochem/physiol Actions
転移RNA（tRNA）は、mRNAの3つのヌクレオチドコドン配列をそのコドンに対応するアミノ酸に翻訳するアダプター分子として機能します。′アミノ酸と核酸を関連付けることで遺伝コードを決定します。tRNAは、ウイルス複製、最近細胞壁生合成、細胞ストレス応答、動物行動制御に関与しています。tRNA分子内の異常は、複数のヒト疾患と関連しています。
Preparation Note
tRNAは、1 mM EDTAを含む10 mM Tris HCl （pH 7.4）の溶液で提供されます。
