Biochem/physiol Actions
スコポレチンは、LPL遺伝子の転写を促進することにより、脂肪細胞におけるリポたんぱく質リパーゼの活性を著しく増加させます。また、TNF-αによるLPLの阻害を部分的に逆転させます。
