General description
大豆油（SBO）は生分解性潤滑油として広く用いられている植物油です。ラット摘出心臓においてミオシンATPaseおよび筋小胞体カルシウムポンプ（SERCA2a）に作用し、左室収縮力を高めます。SBOはラットにおいてアテローム生成食で誘発した血清中の総コレステロール、非HDLコレステロール、トリグリセリドを低下させることも知られています。固体塩基触媒としてCaOを用いてエステル交換反応によってバイオディーゼル油を生成することができます。メタノールとエタノールを用いてエステル交換反応によってバイオディーゼル油を生成することもできます。
Application
シグマの大豆油は以下の用途に適しています。
- 大豆油の凝固点の測定
- バニリン-リン酸反応による脂質定量時の標準物質（0.1%クロロホルム溶液）
- α-リポ酸の媒体
- タモキシフェンの溶解
