Application

ナリルチンは、うつ病様行動の予防に対する影響及び雌仔ラットの炎症プロファイルに対する調節効果を検討するために、フラボノイドサプリメントとして使用されています。

Biochem/physiol Actions

ナリルチンは、抗アレルギー、抗炎症、抗酸化、抗増殖特性を有することが知られています。マウスモデルのアレルギー性好酸球性気道炎症を阻害します。ナリルチンは、核内因子-κB（NF-κB）及びマイトジェン活性化プロテインキナーゼ（MAPK）を阻害することで、リポ多糖（LPS）誘発性炎症反応も阻害します。マウスモデルで、アルコールと同時摂取すると、アルコール誘発性肝障害の緩和に対して抗酸化及び保護効果を示し、アルツハイマー病（AD）治療で有用となる可能性があります。
