Application
3,3',5,5'-テトラメチルベンジジン (TMB)はELISAの手法に適したペルオキシダーゼ基質です。この基質は薄青色の可溶な最終産物を生成し、370 nmまたは620～650 nmの波長で分光光度計で測定可能です。TMB反応は2 MのH2SO4によって止まり(結果黄色い色を呈し)、450 nmにて測定も可能です。
3,3'5,5'-テトラメチルベンジジン二塩酸塩は、以下の基質として使用されています：
- マウス血清のELISAにおける抗-マウスIgG（?特異的）-西洋ワサビペルオキシダーゼ
