すべてのバッファーの pH は、温度や濃度に依存します。トリスバッファーのpHは、温度が 1°C下がるごとに0.03 上昇し、10 倍希釈によって約 0.03 ～ 0.05 減少します。
厳密なアプリケーションでは、適切に校正した、ガラス/甘汞電極の pH メーターを使用してください。
