General description

トリスは、生化学及び分子生物学において使用される規定の塩基性の計量基準及びバッファーです。本品は、これ自体を緩衝液として、又はTris-EDTA（TE）緩衝液、Tris-acetate-EDTA（TAE）緩衝液、Tris-borate-EDTA（TBE）緩衝液などの混合緩衝液製剤の一成分として使用される場合があります。純粋、基本的に安定、相対的に非吸湿性で、高当量を有します。

Other Notes

すべてのバッファーの pH は、温度や濃度に依存します。トリスバッファーのpHは、温度が 1°C下がるごとに0.03 上昇し、10 倍希釈によって約 0.03 ～ 0.05 減少します。
厳密なアプリケーションでは、適切に校正した、ガラス/甘汞電極の pH メーターを使用してください。
