General description

100 kDaのタンパク質であるチューブリンは、2つの類似したポリペプチドαとβのヘテロ二量体としてすべての細胞に存在し、会合して微小管を形成します。微小管を適切に組織化することは、核分裂、減数分裂、細胞小器官運動のいくつかの形態、細胞内輸送、鞭毛運動、細胞骨格機能など、いくつかの細胞機能に不可欠です。モノクローナル抗-β-チューブリンI抗体は、β チューブリンアイソタイプIの局在化を調べるためにELISAで使用することができ、ヒトや動物の培養細胞の局在化を調べるための免疫ブロッティングで使用することができます。マウス抗i-β-チューブリンI抗体は、ヒト、イヌ、ウシ、ハムスター、マウス、ニワトリ、ツメガエルのβ チューブリンC末端配列にあるエピトープと特異的に反応します。

Immunogen

β-チュ-ブリンアイソタイプI のC末端配列に相当する合成ペプチドのBSA結合体。

Application

モノクローナル抗β-チューブリン抗体（1：4000希釈）は、免疫沈降や免疫ブロッティングにおいて一次抗体として使用できます。また、ウェスタンブロット分析やレトロウイルス感染でも使用できます。
