Biochem/physiol Actions

[Arg8]-バソプレッシン溶液（別名抗利尿ホルモン、アルギニンバソプレッシンまたはベータ‐ヒポファミン）は、選択性のある強力な血管収縮薬であり、正常ヒトおよびカテコールアミン抵抗性血管拡張性ショック患者における心循環機能を安定させます。3種類の酸塩基トランスポーターを刺激することで、細胞のpH制御能力を高めます。
ほとんどの哺乳動物種にみられる内在性の抗利尿ホルモンであり、利尿、血圧調節および記憶などさまざまな生理過程に関与する中枢神経系の神経伝達物質です。
ほとんどの哺乳動物種にみられる内在性の抗利尿ホルモンです。脳下垂体後葉および正中隆起において神経終末から血液に放出されます。また、Arg8-バソプレッシンは、中枢神経系の神経伝達物質です。利尿、血圧調節および記憶などさまざまな生理過程に関与しています。抗利尿作用により水分バランスを調節し、細動脈を収縮させます(昇圧作用) 。
