アクチン、細胞質1（UniProt：P60709、別名：β-アクチン）は、ヒトにおいてACTB遺伝子（Gene ID：60）によってコードされています。アクチンは、細胞骨格マイクロフィラメントの多機能で基本的な基礎単位となる広範な真核生物タンパク質です。広範囲にわたる細胞プロセス（細胞分裂、細胞遊走、クロマチンリモデリング、転写調節および小胞輸送など）において重要な役割を担っています。これらの機能は、細胞の必要性に応じて素早く組み立てたり分解したりするフィラメントを形成する能力に起因しています。哺乳類では、6種以上のアクチン型が報告されています。アクチンは、約90%の全体的な配列相同性を示しますが、アイソフォームは空間的、時間的および組織特異的な発現パターンを示し、18個のN末端残基において認められている相同性は50～60%のみです。β-アクチンおよびγ-アクチンは、非筋肉細胞におけるアクチン細胞骨格の主要な構造成分です。β-アクチンは細胞遊走において主要な役割を担っており、遊走細胞の前縁部で豊富であることが認められていますが、γ-アクチンは、細胞全体的に一様に分布していると考えられています。また、β-アクチンは、運動型細胞のラメラ形成を調節するN末端アルギニル化も受けます。β-アクチンは、組織によってそのレベルが多少異なったり、特定の病態でその発現が影響を受けることがありますが、発現が常に一定であるという事実から、ウェスタンブロッティングにおいてローディングコントロールとしても常に利用されています。メルクの独自技術で生成したこのZooMAbリコンビナント・モノクローナル抗体は、従来のモノクローナル抗体よりも大幅に増強された特異性、親和性、再現性、および安定性をもたらします。

Physical form
5%トレハロースを含むPBSで凍結乾燥された精製リコンビナント・ウサギ・モノクローナルIgG抗体で、通常の外観は粗いまたは半透明の樹脂。殺生物剤や、アジ化ナトリウムや動物由来の防腐剤は含まれていません。大きい容量の包装は25 μLの基本サイズを複数本にしてお送りします。
Preparation Note
凍結乾燥製品は2～8℃で保存することを推奨します。溶解する前に、バイアルを短時間微量遠心して、バイアルの底に材料を沈降させてください。25 μLのろ過された実験室グレードの水またはPBSを加えて溶解します。溶解した抗体は、2～8℃で、または長期保存のために－20℃で保存できます。凍結融解を繰り返さないでください。
Reconstitute lyophilized antibody pellet with 25μL of ultrapure water or Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS). Please refer to our reconstitution protocol and the specific application guidance on the suggested starting dilutions and sample type.
