UV殺菌：保管された純水の保護
純水の保管では、微生物の増殖が常に懸念されます。タンク用殺菌灯ユニット（ASM）は、殺菌用UVランプをタンクの内壁に常時照射して、微生物の増殖とバイオフィルムの形成を抑制します。毎日わずか10分間のUV照射だけで、定期的な薬品による殺菌が不要になります。

集中型純水システムでは、装置と機器への供給あるいはタンクに戻ってくる前に、循環している純水にUVを照射するために、UVランプを採水ループ内に設置することもできます。

漏水検知器：漏水を検知して、損傷を防ぐ
漏水検知器により、水漏れリスクおよびラボやその他装置への損害リスクを大幅に低減できます。これらのセンサーは、床や実験台の上など、ラボ内の最も便利なところに配置できます。もし漏水が発生した場合は、漏水センサーが漏水を検出して、給水を自動的に停止します。
フットペダル：ハンズフリー採水の利便性
お客様の超純水・純水製造装置のフットペダルで、より生産性の高い1日を。フットペダルをQ-POD®超純水ディスペンサーまたはE-POD®純水ディスペンサーに接続すると、フットペダルを踏むだけで、採水をリモートでコントロールできます。
- 同じ容量を繰り返し採水する場合、時間の節約になります。
- 水にアクセスする際にシステムに触れる必要をなくして、ラボを衛生的に保ちます。
- 3 mのケーブルを使うと、ラボのデザインによる制約があっても、ペダル配置を柔軟に設計することが可能です。

The foot pedal allows scientists to perform hands-free dispensing of purified water. When connected to a Q-POD® or E-POD® dispenser, the foot pedal remotely controls water delivery by a simple push of the foot.

Their sensors can be placed where most convenient for the lab, typically on the floor or benchtop. The A.S.M. UV unit installs into the top of MilliporeSigma S.D.S. 200 and 350 liter storage tanks. The 254 nanometer UV lamp extends into the top of the tank to prevent the proliferation of bacteria and formation of biofilm on the inner surfaces of the storage tank. The A.S.M. is controlled automatically by MilliporeSigma RiOs™ and Elix® water purification systems.
