Biochem/physiol Actions
Tricyclic antidepressant; inhibits the norepinephrine and serotonin transporters with Kis of 100 nM and 14.7 nM, respectively; high in vitro affinity for ฮฑ1-adrenoceptors, serotonin and muscarinic acetylcholine receptors.
