General description

Dibutyl phthalate can be widely used as a plasticizer and additive in special paints and adhesives. It can find applications as an endocrine disrupter and peroxisome proliferator, which can act against demodicidosis infection.
This compound is listed in the SVHC (Substances of very high concern) candidate list of ECHA (European Chemicals Agency)
