Application
オルトバナジン酸ナトリウム（Na3VO4）は、以下の合成で金属前駆体として使用されます:
- 陰イオン交換法によるバナジウム-MCM-48(V-MCM-48）。V-MCM-48は、スチレンのベンズアルデヒドへの酸化用触媒として使用されます。
- グリコサーマル法による酸化バナジウム粒子ナノロッド。
- ユウロピウムコロイドをドープしたイットリウムバナデート（YVO4）。
Biochem/physiol Actions
ATPア-ゼ、アルカリホスファタ-ゼおよびチロシンホスファタ-ゼを阻害します。酸性pHで生ずるデカバナジン酸は、内分泌細胞からのイノシト-ル1,4,5-三リン酸(IP3)誘導性のCa2+放出を阻害するほか、脳組織におけるIP3のレセプタ-への結合をブロックします。
タンパク質チロシンホスファターゼ、アルカリホスファターゼおよびATPアーゼの阻害剤。
