General description

このCertified Spiking Solution®は、治療薬モニタリングアッセイなどの臨床および診断検査における重要な定量用途に適しており、患者の投薬量が狭い治療域内に保たれるようにします。 Snap-N-Spike®（スナップ-N-スパイク）フォーマットにより、ラボではシロリムスなどの有害物質の秤量作業をなくすことができるため、急性毒性粉末の取扱いに関連する職業性ばく露の危険性が大幅に低減し、使用直前に選択したマトリックスにスパイクできるようになります。

ラパマイシンとしても知られるシロリムスは、天然の疎水性マクロライド群に属し、免疫抑制薬として広く使用されています。免疫抑制作用の他に、抗真菌、抗カンジダ、抗腫瘍、抗増殖作用も示します。シロリムスはStreptomyces hygroscopicus細菌によって産生され、哺乳類ラパマイシン標的（mTOR）阻害薬として作用します。サイトカインおよび抗原に応答して、Tリンパ球の活性化および増殖を阻害することによって作用します。
