Application
腹水又は細胞の培養上清由来のマウスモノクローナル抗体の精製。プロテインA又はプロテインGアガロースアフィニティーマトリックスは、未精製の細胞抽出物から抗体を精製するため、またタンパク質の免疫沈降又は共免疫沈降に使用することができます。光活性化リボヌクレオシド促進クロスリンク免疫沈降（PAR-CLIP）分析にも使用されています。
Biochem/physiol Actions
プロテインAは、特定の菌株から単離される細胞壁タンパク質であり、異なる種由来の一定のクラスの免疫グロブリンに対する特異的結合部位を有しています。プロテインAは異なる程度のIgM、IgA、IgD、及び大半のサブクラスのIgGに結合します。
