Preparation Note
蒸留水1 Lに10.5 gを溶解し、pHを7.4に調節します。121°Cで15分間オートクレーブ滅菌します。1 M硫酸マグネシウム（カタログ番号63133、ろ過滅菌済み）2 mLおよび炭素源（グルコースなど、カタログ番号49140）の20%溶液20 mLを添加します。
