水のほか、牛乳その他の乳製品に存在する大腸菌型微生物、特に大腸菌群の検出および計数に用いる選択培地です。

Preparation Note

蒸留水1 Lに38.5 gを懸濁させ、5分間浸漬します。沸騰させ、プレートかチューブに分注します。121°C、15分間の滅菌は任意ですが、培地を調製当日に使用する場合には滅菌が必要です。但し、滅菌により培地が濁る場合があります。無滅菌法により、損傷した微生物の回収が改善されます。

Other Notes

ニーズによって、2種類の培地タイプを提供しています：よく顆粒化したGranuCult®培地と、費用効果の高い粉末化したNutriSelect®培地です。
基本的な品質管理から標準的なQCプラス、そして完全な規制遵守を示すプライムまでの品質管理レベルを示すために、ベーシック、プラス、プライムという名称を加えています。
